Warranty

Warranty is Toyota´s pledge to guarantee the perfect operation and high assembly quality of a vehicle or product for a specific period of time in months, or distance in kilometers or miles. It is an After sales product offered to the Toyota customers by the Manufacturer in relation to faulty material or poor workmanship for a specific period of time and/or distance.

3 Years/100,000 KM whichever comes first.

Warranty covers concerns, which are correctly diagnosed to be caused by manufacturing of a component, or assembly process. It covers any problem that arises during the warranty period due to faulty material and/ or poor workmanship.

Warranty does not cover repairs due to the following;
1. Modification.
2. Accident.
3. Negligence / Misuse (e.g. racing, overloading).
4. Periodic Maintenance items.
5. Pre Delivery cost.
6. Improper Storage Maintenance.
7. Damage due to environmental factors (e.g. acid rain stone chips etc.).
8. Lack of Maintenance or Use of wrong fuel, Oil or Lubes.
9. Use of Non Toyota Genuine Parts.
