Eligibility:
a) The Toyota WRC Social Media Giveaways Activation (“Activation”) is open to individuals aged 18 years or above.
b) Participants must be residents of Kenya.
c) Employees, affiliates, agents, and immediate family members of CFAO Motors Kenya and its associated partners are not eligible to participate.

Activation Period:
a) The Activation begins on 12th June, 2023 and ends on 30th June, 2023
b) CFAO Motors Kenya reserves the right to extend or terminate the activation at any time, without prior notice.

How to Participate:
a) Participants must follow the official Toyota by CFAO Motors Kenya’s social media accounts (i.e Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram) where the Activation is hosted.
b) Participants will be required to answer trivia questions posted by Toyota by CFAO Motors Kenya on their social media accounts during the Activation period.
c) Answers must be submitted as an unedited comment (Facebook, Linkedin or Instagram) or reply (Twitter) to the post on the respective social media platforms.
d) Only one entry per participant will be considered for each trivia question.

Winner Selection:
a) Winners will be selected as per the guidelines on the post and only from eligible participants who have provided the correct answer to the trivia question.
b) The winners will be contacted via direct message on the respective social media platform within 3 days after responding to the post.
c) Winners must respond to the notification within 30 days to claim their prize.
d) In the event of failure to respond within the given timeframe or if a winner is found to be ineligible, CFAO Motors Kenya reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
e) Winners must physically collect their prizes from the CFAO Motors Kenya, Uhuru Highway showroom, at their own expense.
f) Prizes that are not picked up within one month of the notification will be forfeited.
g) Winners can only win once within the contest, irrespective of the platform (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin or Twitter) where they have been selected.

Prizes:
a) The prizes include the official GR merchandise (e.g. apparel, accessories) as determined by CFAO Motors Kenya
b) The quantity and specific merchandise available may vary throughout the Activation period.
c) Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
d) CFAO Motors Kenya reserves the right to substitute the prizes with an alternative of equal or greater value.

Data Privacy:
a) Participants’ personal information collected during the Activation will be used in accordance with CFAO Motors Kenya privacy policy contained in the CFAO Motors Kenya Limited website.
b) By participating, participants consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information for the purpose of the Activation

Publicity:
a) Winners may be required to provide a photograph or video featuring themselves with the prize for promotional purposes.
b) By participating, winners grant Toyota CFAO Motors Kenya the right to use their name, image, and likeness in promotional materials without additional compensation.
c) Participants will be required to sign a model release form before their photos are taken for publication on Social Media as evidence of participation.

Publicity:
1. Winners may be required to provide a photograph or video featuring themselves with the prize for promotional purposes.
2. By participating, winners grant Toyota the right to use their name, image, and likeness in promotional materials without additional compensation.
3. Participants will be required to sign a model release form before their photos are taken for publication on Social Media as evidence of reward

General Conditions:
a) CFAO Motors Kenya reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate behaviour.
b) CFAO Motors Kenya reserves the right to modify or cancel the Activation, in whole or in part, for any reason, without liability.
c) CFAO Motors Kenya shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of whatever nature (including consequential loss or damage) suffered or incurred, directly or indirectly, by the participant or any other person as a result of relying on, or incidental to, or the use of, or any matter relating to, the information contained in these terms and conditions.
d) The participant hereby acknowledges that he/she has read and understands these terms and conditions for the Activation and has agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions hereof.
e) If any part of these conditions is or becomes unenforceable, it will be severable from the rest of these conditions that will continue to be binding.

Governing Law:
a) The Activation and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where the activation is available
