In Our Continuous quest to offer quality to our customers and stakeholders in products and the service level from our Toyota Kenya team, we are delighted to announce that we have attained ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard certification.

The Quality Management System certification is not only affirming the commitment of Toyota Kenya of delivering excellence in our customer service across all our branches and dealerships across the country, but also instills a permanent climate to adhere to maintaining high standards in our operations.

To become ISO 9001:2015 Compliant, Toyota Kenya underwent an extensive company wide audit. We believe that the journey to ISO certification has greatly been boosted by the implementation of the Toyota Kenya Way of Life – Kaizen, within the organisation. Simply put, Kaizen is a philosophy that challenges the Toyota Kenya fraternity to continuously improve daily towards personal growth and prosperity of the business.

The combination of ISO 9001:2015 standard certification, and Kaizen heralds a new dawn for Toyota Kenya in its relentless efforts in creating industry led products and services, which are measured against global benchmarks of industry excellence.
